Registration

The Registration Fee for SWOGS 2010 is £55 and this includes: the day’s programme sessions, refreshments, Programme and Abstract Book, Certificate of Attendance, entry ticket to visit The Eden Project (one adult entry).

Tickets for the Dinner in the Mediterranean Biome are not included in the Registration Fee and must be purchased separately.  See below.

• Registration for this event is on-line. 
• Our on-line system allows for payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. 
• ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE MEETING
• If you require an invoice for your payment, please register yourself via the on-line system and choose payment by cheque.  Then print off your own invoice.
• Bookings cannot be made by telephone.

A Cancellation Policy is in place:

• Cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat. E-Mail is acceptable.
• Cancellations received up to and including 1st July 2010: full refund minus 25% administration charge.
• Cancellation received from 2nd July 2010: no refund.
• All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Meeting.

Black Tie Dinner

On the evening of 8th October, after the SWOGS 2010 Meeting, a black tie dinner will be held in the Mediterranean Biome which will be open just for our guests that evening.  The temperature inside the Biome will enable us to enjoy a barbeque style dinner (even in October!) and being inside the Biome at night will be a special experience. 

Tickets are priced at £55 and should be booked at the time of registering. 

We regret that we are unable to refund cancelled dinner tickets after 1st September 2010.

Hotels

The Organisers suggest two hotels near to The Eden Project, for participants’ convenience of booking at the time of registering. The hotel details are available here.

FOR FOWEY HALL HOTEL BOOKINGS, A CREDIT CARD MUST BE PROVIDED, WHICH WILL BE FORWARDED ON TO THE HOTEL. NO DEDUCTION WILL BE MADE BY THE CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION.
ACCOMMODATION CANNOT BE INVOICED FOR.

Cancellations: all accommodation alterations or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat. Any cancellations are subject to the hotel re-selling the space.

Exhibition

An exhibition will run alongside the SWOGS 2010 Meeting to profile products and services to participants.  Any company interested in exhibiting should contact the Secretariat.  Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
