Registration for this course is ONLY on-line.
Bookings cannot be made by telephone.
Our on-line system allows for payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
Registration CANNOT be invoiced for and payment is due as soon as the booking is submitted, whether or not the participant attends (subject to the Cancellation Policy – see below)

A Cancellation Policy is in place:

Cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat. E-Mail is acceptable.
Cancellations received up to and including 1st September 2011: full refund minus 25% administration charge.
Cancellation received from 1st September: no refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Meeting.

Joining Instructions

Joining Instructions will be issued by E-mail around 10 days before the Course.

Meanwhile, please note the arrangements as regards carparking for the event:

“In early May 2011 a new parking system is being installed at The Headland, to ensure that only Headland guests and visitors are using the carpark. This should ensure that there is plenty of parking for guests at all times of the year, preventing us becoming the overflow car park for Fistral Beach! Always ensure you and your guests give Reception your car registration on arrival, otherwise a penalty fine might wing its way to you.”

Insurance

Neither the Host, the Organisers nor the Course venue can accept responsibility for any loss or injury relating to participants. All participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance policy to cover the unfortunate possibility of cancellation of Registration. A Cancellation Policy is in place as regards Registration (see above).
