Registration

On-line Registration has now closed but there are still spaces available at this Conference. 

Please download a copy of the Registration Form from here and either fax it back to the Conference Secretariat (number on the Form) or bring it with you to the Conference.

The Registration Fee includes participation in the Conference sessions, Poster Viewing, the Exhibition, Conference Programme and Abstract Book, lunches, teas/coffees, an invitation to the Welcome Reception and VAT where applicable.

Registration Fee

Early** Registration (up to and including 15th March 2009)     £260.00 including VAT
Standard Registration (after 15th March 2009)  £290.00 including VAT
Day Delegate Monday 27th April 2009   £185.00 including VAT
Day Delegate Tuesday 28th April 2009   £185.00 including VAT

** Note on the Early Registration Deadline: Early Registration discounts apply to payments made or invoiced on or before 15th March 2009.  Invoices must be paid within 14 days to secure the Early Registration Fee.  After 14 days, the Standard Registration Fee will apply.

All Registrations must be paid ahead of the Conference.  On-site Registrations will be accepted but must be paid at the time of booking.

It remains the responsibility of the participant to ensure that payment by any Trust or Department is received by the Conference Secretariat.  Complimentary Welcome Reception tickets will only be issued if pre-ordered with Registration and blank responses will not be allocated tickets.

Accommodation

Classic bedrooms have a 3/4 double bed and an en-suite shower room.  £65.00 per night including VAT and full English breakfast.

Standard bedrooms are larger rooms, with a comfortable double bed, a full en-suite bathroom, ample luggage and working space.  £75.00 per night including VAT and full English breakfast.

Superior bedrooms are stylish new minimalist bedrooms with a luxurious double bed, full en-suite bathroom, extensive work area, and a flat screen television to relax in front of after a long day’s training.  £90.00 per night including VAT and full English breakfast.
