Badges must be worn at all times during ISHID Congress 2011. Replacement badges will be charged at £15 and are available from the Registration Desk. You may also be asked to wear your badge at the social events.

Cancellation:

If ISHID Congress has to be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances, political and/or economical events or general “force majeure”, neither the venue, the Organisers, nor ISHID Congress can be claimed against for any compensation. The Organisers recommend that appropriate travel insurance be taken out that covers the Conference fees.

Letters of Invitation:

The Organisers will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to individuals requiring one to secure short term entry visa by the British authorities. The request must be signed by a Head of Faculty or individual responsible for confirming study leave. However, this will only be done once Registrations and Fees have been received. Please be advised that such an invitation letter is not a commitment on behalf of the Organisers nor ISHID Congress to provide any financial support or employment or residency in United Kingdom. Please request invitation letters from the Secretariat at shidcongress@indexcommunications.com. The Secretariat expects to issue letters up to 5 days from the date of the request therefore please plan ahead with your visa applications
