The system accepts payment by card (card company charges apply), cheque or bank transfer.

Our system enables you to book yourself onto the Conference and produce your own invoice, to refer to your employer or to claim your expenses. The system is quick and easy to use. If you pay by credit card, you can print off your receipt immediately after the transaction.

Full Registration includes participation in all Conference sessions, poster viewing, access to the Exhibition, Conference Programme and Abstract Book and lunches, teas and coffees on the two days of the Conference.

Gala Dinner tickets are not included in the Registration Fee but are bookable alongside your Registration.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS

A final briefing will be E-Mailed to all participants shortly before the Conference and will also be posted on this website when available.

We recommend that ALL participants obtain the latest programme information and joining instruction information before travelling to the event.

Insurance

Neither the Organising Committee, the Conference venue nor the Organisers can accept responsibility for any loss or injury relating to participants. All participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance policy for their trip.

All invoices must be settled within 14 days of issue. Discounted Rates are only available if payment is received within 14 days of the Early Deadline after which the Late rate will apply.

Full on-line Registration is available and this method allows for the printing of invoices for payment by NHS Trusts. HOWEVER
please note that all payments MUST be made prior to the Conference.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PRINT YOUR RECEIPT OFF ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE SYSTEM.

 

Registration Cancellation Policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.  E-Mail is acceptable.

  • Cancellations received up to and including  31st March 2010: full refund minus 25% administration charge.
  • Cancellation received from  1st April 2010: no refund.
  • All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Conference
