The course fee includes morning coffee, afternoon tea and lunch each day, a unique course workbook with all notes from the presentations, certificate of attendance and a CD of patient information and useful resources.

We are unable to invoice for this Course: payment is due at time of booking.
A Cancellation Policy is in place:
- Cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat. E-Mail is acceptable.
- Cancellations received up to and including 12th September 2011: full refund minus 25% administration charge.
- Cancellation received from 13th September 2011: no refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the course.

Joining Instructions will be issued by E-mail around 10 days before the Course.

“In early May 2011 a new parking system is being installed at The Headland, to ensure that only Headland guests and visitors are using the carpark. This should ensure that there is plenty of parking for guests at all times of the year, preventing us becoming the overflow car park for Fistral Beach! Always ensure you and your guests give Reception your car registration on arrival, otherwise a penalty fine might wing its way to you.”
Exhibition
A small exhibition will run alongside the Gynaecology for Primary Care course to profile products and services to participants. Any company interested in exhibiting should contact the Secretariat. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
Insurance
Neither the Host, the Organisers nor the course venue can accept responsibility for any loss or injury relating to participants. All participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance policy to cover the unfortunate possibility of cancellation of registration. A Cancellation Policy is in place as regards registration (see above).
